SO im at the library...there are billions of books..but l dont know where to begin
i have a passion in computers..but l also have a passion in social science topics
i really dont know where to begin..i recently had a depression which has change my beliefs totally of how l see things in my world right now
i have totally matured up and l am focusing on other aspects of life
anywho whic hbook do you recommend?
i think any books that touches the true human spirituality really helps]
what l dont like about religios books is the fact that they keep mentioning and reating everything to their prophet is name
i do agree with all their believes but l dont wanna thinkthat its Whom that l should pray to
i think that just bein emotionally spiritual is more than enough for most of us
just helping others n avoiding anything unwanted

What books do you recommend during the depression recovery times

CONFIDENCE by Barbara De Angelis, PhD
subtitle: Finding it & living it.

99 pages, extremely well done, & a quick read.

I actually read it completely in one sitting at the Library! I did not know a little book could be so valuable.

It is a gem for anyone who has had the wind kicked out of their sails. Teaches u how to jumpstart enthusiasm again.

It is pure gold.

PS - M. Scott Peck is the author of the book mentioned first (above).
